Peter Ledwidge Non Executive Director
Peter Ledwidge is a geologist with over 35 years’ experience in exploration, mining and corporate activities. His career has focussed primarily on gold in Canada, Africa and Australia with the last 16 years working on projects in West Africa. Peter also worked in Mali and Burkina Faso in the mid-1990’s for Canadian companies.
Mr. Ledwidge was the founder and Managing Director of ASX-listed Mako Gold until the recent merger via takeover of Mako by ASX-listed Aurum Resources. Peter led the team which discovered the Napié gold deposit in Cote d’Ivoire, now owned by Aurum, as well as the Niou gold discovery in Burkina Faso which was sold to Nordgold which is under development. In addition, Peter also led the team which made a significant manganese discovery in Cote d’Ivoire which is now owned by Aurum.
Prior to founding Mako Gold, Peter was a senior manager with ASX-listed Orbis Gold whereby he secured all of Orbis’ permits in Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire. Peter played a critical role in the discovery of three gold deposits during his tenure with Orbis, including the Boungou mine.
Peter is fluently bilingual in French, the working language of the majority of West Africa, and has established and maintained good professional contacts in West Africa.

Ann Ledwidge Non Executive Director
Ann Ledwidge BSc Geology (hon),MBA, MAIG
Ann is a qualified geologist with over 30 years' experience in mineral exploration. She has successfully led teams on numerous gold discoveries.
Ann has focused primarily on gold and base metals projects for both junior and major companies in Canada, Africa and Australia. Most recently Ann worked at Mako Gold, an ASX-listed mineral exploration company which she co-founded, until the takeover by Aurum Resources.
Ann was responsible for all aspects of exploration and led the team that discovered the 868,000 ounce Napié gold deposit and the Niou deposit currently being developed by Nordgold. Previously Ann held the position of General Manager Exploration with ASX- listed Orbis Gold in Burkina Faso until their takeover in 2015. She led the team responsible for Orbis’ Natougou discovery Natougou gold deposit, which became the Boungou Mine.
Ann advanced the Nabanga and Natougou projects to the resource estimation stage and oversaw the Scoping Study initially completed for the Natougou deposit.
Ann is a member of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) and, as such, is involved in the current review of the Code.

Abby Sharaf Managing Director
Abby Sharaf hold a Bachelor of business administration degree and is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of international experience across the mining, food, and industrial sectors.
With a strong track record of delivering shareholder value, he is widely recognized for his strategic leadership, cross-border operational expertise, and commitment to sustainable growth.
He possesses extensive expertise in civil explosives and blasting services, supported by a broad professional network across Europe and Australia.
Over the years, Abby has collaborated with leading international companies in mining, geological services, and mineral resource development, strengthening his technical and operational capabilities.
Abby has successfully managed and executed field operations across the Middle East, West Africa, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in diverse geological environments and various mining systems.

Andrew Dawes - Consultant
Andrew Dawes received a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management, majoring in geology, from the University of Newcastle in 2011.
Andrew started his career in the coal fields of Bowen Basin Australia focussing on primarily metallurgical coal while working for Xstrata and Rio Tinto Coal Australia (RTCA).
After advancing some of the RTCA flagship projects through to Detailed Feasibility, Andrew left RTCA in 2016 and began consulting on projects in Western Australia and Ireland.
Developing a keen interest in base and precious metal exploration, Andrew continued to consult globally on projects across Australia, Asia, Americas, and Europe.
During this time Andrew was involved in several discoveries of orebodies and assisted in the development of several small to medium scale open pit mining operations. In 2019, Andrew rejoined the Rio Tinto team in the Rio Tinto Exploration (RTX) division for a major Cu-Au discovery in the Paterson, Western Australia. Shortly after, Andrew relocated back to Brisbane in 2020 around COVID to assist the development of the Mineral Resources and Mineral Exploration Services division of a medium sized geological and mining consulting firm.
After successfully growing the capabilities and team there, Andrew returned to full time consulting on his own in 2022. Since then, Andrew's focus has been on advancing mineral resource and mining study projects across Australia, Africa, and parts of Asia.
Andrew’s focus includes acting Exploration Manager, Study Manager, and Competent Person for several explorers and deposits.
Andrew is recognised as Competent Person for several styles of mineralisation and commodities and he is a member of the AUSIMM and the AIG.
